Over the years Dr. Catherine Hoag has developed a holistic approach using a variety of chiropractic techniques to fit the needs of her individual patients. Utilizing stretching, exercise and nutrition as adjunctive therapies when applicable, she recognizes that the needs and care of every patient vary. She has developed a philosophy of healing focusing on maintaining the well-being and individual needs of each patient. Her highest goal is helping her patients to improve their health.

Optimum Health Chiropractic is located in North Raleigh, on Creedmoor Rd. The office is a comfortable, welcoming, happy place that is dedicated to quality patient care. We are a small office that is not high volume and does not have a large staff. Patient visits are by appointment only.
